Sea moss gel typically has a mild, oceanic flavor and aroma. The taste is often described as slightly salty and somewhat earthy, reminiscent of the sea but not overwhelmingly so. Some people find the taste and smell quite neutral, making it easy to incorporate into smoothies, soups, and other dishes without altering their flavors. Alternatively, we offer a range of flavours.

We recommend 1-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel daily.
